MERILEE MCCAFFERY-Merilee has made it her mission to help connect families to their perfect home since 2007. Merilee was born and raised in Richmond, received her BA majoring in Art & Design from UBC, and currently resides in Ladner with her husband and two boys. She enjoys all of the local breweries, travelling with her siblings and “brunching” with her girlfriends!

MARINA RUSSELL-As a third generation realtor, real estate is truly in Marina’s blood. She was raised in the industry and has been working with The Sutton Seafair team since 2006. This experience has given her intimate knowledge and insight into the ins and outs of the real estate industry. Working as a full-time residential REALTOR since 2014, Marina understands the stress and excitement that can come with selling a home. By attending several conferences and seminars a year, her attention to detail and unique blend of market knowledge and experience means you have a dedicated real estate professional working for you. Marina grew up in Ladner, received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Langara College and currently resides in Richmond. She enjoys taking her pup Finnegan for "walkies", fishing up the Sunshine Coast and spending time with family and friends.
